Pavlova with Mascarpone whipped cream
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
Whip eggs till frothy add salt, start adding sugar slowly, whipp till
White and start adding lemon then starch.
It should be beautiful with stiff peaks.
Per heat oven to 300 degrees when you place the pavlova in the oven lower heat to 225. Bake for an hour. Turn oven off and leave pavlova in the oven for another hour. Do not open the oven door until cooling hour is done.
Shape your pavlova and add your whipped cream
Whipped cream:
Two cups heavy whipping cream
8 ounces mascarpone cheese room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Beat cheese and sugar until combined add vanilla and then slowly
Add very chilled whipping cream. Whip until double and fluffy.62516:42
